Materials to be brought on the day of the physical examination:
1. Driver's license
2. If you usually wear glasses, please be sure to bring them.
3. The physical examination requires your blood pressure to be measured and your urine, eyesight, and hearing to be tested. There will be no blood draw, and no fasting is required.
4. You can bring the medicines you take every day so that we can better understand your medical condition

 

Commercial driver’s license medical examination process:

  • If the exam result is normal, we will issue a health certificate on the same day and upload it to the Transportation Bureau website.

  • You can call the clinic directly for details. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.
